What are the goals and activities of the Evaluation phase?

The Evaluation phase involves examining the extent to which you achieved the performance objectives you developed during the Design phase. You identify what needs to be measured and the method you will use to gather results data. Data is typically captured on the learner’s reaction to the learning experience, the knowledge gained and the transfer of skills to the job. This data is then analyzed and reported to your client and key stakeholders.

Use the Project Checklist to ensure you have completed all the key activities in this phase.
