What are the goals and activities of the Implementation phase?

The Implementation phase is when you deliver your developed learning experience. First you pilot your program to a representative sample of your target audience, then you determine what modifications or enhancements are needed. After making revisions, you will rollout the learning experience to your target audience.

Use the Project Checklist to ensure you have completed all the key activities in this phase.

  • Monitoring on-the-job training progress
  • Preparing coaches and mentors
  • Conducting pilot
  • Revising materials post-pilot
